technical illustrations Technical illustrations are a convenient and effective method of conveying information in user manuals, brochures and websites. Unlike CAD images, technical illustrations require a degree of artistic flair to show line weights, shadows and textures. Starting with accurate CAD geometry, we export vector files to Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop where we impose an artistic style. The most common technical illustrations are 2D line art, 2D rendered, perspective line art and perspective rendered. In addition, perspective illustrations can include cutaway or ghosted objects. |
